You may also donate to Kiwanis Westlake Youth Foundation that is a 501(c)3 Charitable Nonprofit Corporation under the laws of the State of Ohio and of the Federal Internal Revenue Code. The organization is exempt from both state and federal income taxes. Organizations designated as a 501(c)3 comply toward the following purposes: religious, educational, charitable, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering national or international amateur sports competition (as long as it doesn’t provide athletic facilities or equipment), or the prevention of cruelty to children. The Kiwanis Youth Foundation is more specifically the education and general betterment, improvement and welfare of its youth in the City of Westlake. Kiwanis Westlake Youth Foundation has been tax-exempt since July 1984. We appreciate your donation to our Youth Foundation.
